Unworn clothing can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the item. You may request an exchange for a different size or color depending on inventory. If the item you need is no longer in stock a store credit will be issued after we receive the item back.
In order to exchange an item,
items must be:
in the original condition in which it was received.
Tags must be attached to apparel and be in original condition in order to receive an exchange.
Any items that are sent back to us that do not meet the criteria will be rejected and no exchanges will be made.
Exchange requests must be sent to Info@CreatedEnvy.Com within 7 days of receiving the order.
